Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Touchuppaint, we want you to feel confident in your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
